Nulatex Quality Control: |
| 1) |
Raw Material
|
Only high quality pre-vulcanised latex which give best elasticity and strength is used for our condoms.
Our quality control begin from assuring the raw materials used are in complaince with
our quality requirements. |
| 2) |
Mixing of Latex |
Latex is mixed with other compund and water.
QC check every mixed latex batch for TSC, pH, viscosity, & CTR before dipping process. |
| 3) |
Dipping
|
Cleaned glass formers are dipped into mixed latex tank. After drying, a thin film is formed on the formers. Second dipping is done to form a second coating.
Our QC will check regularly on machine temperature, speed, latex viscosiity, pH, etc. |
| 4) |
Beading & Vulcanizing Leaching & Stripping
|
Beading is by brushing the end of the dried latex film.
The formers are dipped into tank to loosen the latex film before striping by water jet. |
| 5) |
Washing, Powdering & Tumble Dry
|
Wet condoms are collected, wash in wet powering slurry and tumble dry.
QC check for visual defects, verify dimensions (length, width and thickness), as well as leakage. Dipped lots that are non-compliant will be quarantined
screened for pin holes.
sampling method. |
| 6) |
100% Electronic Testing |
Lots that pass proceed to 100% Electronic Testing where piece of condom is screened for pin holes.
After ET, QC perform air bursting, pressure and water leak tests according to ISO sampling method. |
| 7) |
Foiling |
Lots approved by QC will then proceed to foiling. Each condom is hermetically sealed in aluminum foil with silicon oil. Each condom foil is printed with lot number and expiry for tracking purpose.
QC check for sealing integrity, oil leakage and visual defects of sealed foil. |
| 8) |
Packaging |
Sealed condoms are automatically inserted into boxed, printed with lot |
| 9) |
Delivery |
Final pre-shipment test by QC before shipment.
QC check packed condoms for leakage, visual, bursting, air pressure (both aged and unaged), dimensions, seal integrity, lubricant, etc |
